He let us know how much work we would really need to put into our homes and what was worth doing.

Ofer ended up doing an overhaul on our house, stripping the home down to its studs and then rebuilding. He's honest, competent, always answers his phone, and fair priced. Unsurprisingly most of his subs were top quality, too. Not only did he go above and beyond the call of duty to help us, but he materialized an impeccable end-product. 2 years later, we're still thrilled with our house. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

					  I hired Ofer and his team for a very big project of basically remodeling the intire house I bought. 
Ofer brought my house from the 70s to the 21st century… read more on Yelp by replacing all of the infrastructure, adding a 260 sqft addition, new walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and more. The finished result and the attention to details is higher than the industry standard. Ofer and his crew also had a major part in the planning of the house, layout, and finish materials by giving the right advise using their experience. 
The project had several delays and issues, like any major project, and Ofer handled it professionally. 
I recommed using Ofer if you are looking for an experience team and attention to details.

					  I will only use Ofer for my home renovation/construction needs. So far he has done 3 bathroom (gut) renovations, a new roof, and a very substantial extension to my home… read more on Yelp including 2,000 sqft of exterior pavers, lighting, landscaping, a lot of electrical, and an amazing state of the art patio. Ofer is truly a partner – he took care of everything with the city (which was a very painful process, and I would have given up if I had to obtain permits myself), architect, engineer, excavators, electrician, Landscaper, plumber, HVAC guy, roofer, and the list goes on and on. He did the grunt work, all I had to do was make decisions and his guidance and expertise was my saving grace. What was truly top notch in my book was the fact that I'm in Orange County, he's based out of Los Angeles, and he was here during every city inspection, practically here every day during the course of my project which was almost  10 months (his crew was here every single week day including some weekends), and to top it all – was here super bowl Sunday at 7:00 PM during a bad rain storm checking drains and bucketing out water where the land had been excavated to pour the foundation because I was nervous the water was rising. I don't think there are too many (if any!) contractors who will drive from LA to OC during a rain storm with road closures and hill slides, on a Sunday evening or during their own Super Bowl party! We are extremely happy we found Ofer, and my husband and I love the work he has done in our home. He and his wife Ossi and extremely professional, patient, and responsive! They treat you like family, and give you 200% even when they have other projects going on, and go out of their way to fix all issues and make sure their customers are happy.
