					  We bought a home that needed some major work. Searching for a good, reliable contractor was absolutely taxing. My husband and I got bids from multiple contractors before decided that… read more on Yelp Ofer was the best fit.  He included allowances in his bid, which some contractors didn't do. Initially I thought that others had much cheaper bids only to realize that the costs would accrue later down the line. Ofer's bid was fair, and he was honest.

First of all, this guy is NEVER late and ALWAYS answers his phone. He truly values your time and money. He is also a one-stop shop! He actually drove me from store to store and had me pick out all my materials for the job. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time.

A list of some of the things we did:
-Tore down walls and installed beams in our ceiling
-completely new HVAC unit for AC and heating
-gutted kitchen and bathrooms
-new ceilings with recessed lighting
-new wood floors and crown moldings
-brand new roof
-restructured chimney

He not only finished on time, but early!  I am very meticulous so I went to the house daily, and his guys were always working. I also loved that Ofer was there constantly making sure everything was going smoothly; he takes pride in his work. I am so grateful that we chose Ofer. The entire job went so smoothly and with as little headaches as possible!
