					  My husband and I have done complete remodels on 2 homes.  One that began with a kitchen remodel on season 1 of the HGTV show House Hunter's Renovation.  We have… read more on Yelp done big additions and small additions.  Small facelifts and major gut jobs.  I feel pretty confident at this point that I know what makes a good contractor and Ofer is absolutely one of the good ones.  He is fair in his pricing, he is accurate in his timeline (unless you, the homeowner, make a ton of changes, which I have been guilty of) and his guys are loyal.  They've been with him forever and the guys – Marvin, Milton….they show up on Saturday.  Last year, they were finishing up our kitchen on Christmas Eve. I actually felt bad that they were there.  

On our last job we opened up our living room ceiling, taking advantage of unusable attic space.  We also opened up the kitchen to the living room. It involved swapping a load bearing wall with a big-ass beam. There was some damage done to the inside of a closet that we didn't discover until almost 4 months after the completion of the job.  I shot Ofer a text and his guys where there to repair it 3 days later. 

We are now in process of adding 1000 square feet to our house.  In the process my husband went out of town for months for work and I broke my foot, keeping me from the job site.  Ofer has stayed on the timeline AND he goes by the house every day to bring our packages inside (materials for the job and my Amazon boxes lol), even when they are waiting for inspectors and no-one is there to work.  

I can't recommend Ofer and H&O highly enough.  In fact we have recommended him to several friends who have used him and have been more than happy.

					  Ofer Hayon remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. He was always on time and usually early for our initial meetings and throughout the entire project. This told me a lot about his professionalism and character. Money never became an issue with Ofer. He was always fair and reasonable when unexpected costs arose as they always do on remodels. I will gladly recommend him and his excellent crew for any home construction projects.
