-Tore down walls and installed beams in our ceiling
-completely new HVAC unit for AC and heating
-gutted kitchen and bathrooms
-new ceilings with recessed lighting
-new wood floors and crown moldings
-brand new roof
-restructured chimney

He not only finished on time, but early!  I am very meticulous so I went to the house daily, and his guys were always working.
